Affluensia Event Policy
Deposit & Payment Terms
To secure your event date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. We begin preparations only after receiving full payment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change.
– Rescheduling is allowed with at least 72 hours’ notice prior to the event, free of charge and subject to availability.
– Cancellations or rescheduling within 72 hours of the event are not permitted.
– While all payments are non-refundable, credit for future services may be offered at our discretion.
Weather Policy
If poor weather is expected, please contact us the day before your event to reschedule without penalty.
– If no backup indoor location is provided, we are happy to reschedule your event to a new date based on availability.
– If you choose to proceed despite weather risks, please note that no refunds will be issued for weather-related disruptions.
Liability & Client Responsibility
You are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to our equipment during your event.
– For safety reasons, open flame candles are not permitted.
– Please do not leave the setup unattended. If you need to end early, contact us with at least 15 minutes’ notice.
– Affluensia Inc. is not liable for disruptions or damages caused by third parties.
Emergency Clause
In the case of emergency or severe weather, your event may be rescheduled free of charge. Your original deposit will be applied to the new date.
